Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Delivery

Standard delivery in the continental US arrives in 1 to 2 business days after shipping. Cold-chain shipping is included on every order. Your products travel in temperature-controlled packaging so they arrive in research-grade condition.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If 24 hours have passed without an update, email the Contact page and we will investigate.

Shipping costs

Flat-rate cold-chain shipping is included in the displayed product price for US orders. International shipping is available on request. Contact us before ordering.

What if I’m not home?

Most cold-chain packages are good for 24 to 48 hours at room temperature. If you will be away, contact us to schedule a delivery window.
