Return & Refund Policy

The short version
Because our products are research compounds requiring controlled handling, all sales are final once shipped. We make exceptions for orders that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Details below.
Damaged or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at the Contact page. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage. We will either:
- Ship a replacement at no cost, or
- Refund the affected items in full to your original payment method.
Wrong item received
If you receive the wrong product, contact support within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct product immediately.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment pipeline, it cannot be cancelled. You can still refuse delivery on damaged or incorrect items as above.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5 to 10 days to post the credit.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or reconstituted vials and pens
- Orders past the 7-day damage window
- Products returned without prior support authorization
